It's been awhile, my friends. I am not entirely certain how or why you found yourself here, reading these words. But I trust there is a reason. Either you know me from my coaching/podcasting at Telos or Rogue or you went pretty deep down the rabbit hole with your search results. Either way, I welcome you back to this project. I am reaching out to you now to get back your attention queue.

I'll be sharing a new essay each week & I hope to revive the newsletter on a biweekly basis.

If you're wondering where I've been for the past few months, I moved back into Austin this summer & the transition was surprisingly fraught: both existentially & temporally.  I now feel sufficiently grounded for consistent output & hungry to share quality content. I will be leaning into the psychological & spiritual, the weird & woo, the metaphysical & alchemical. Even thought I haven't had anything to share, I have been scheming.
